The House of Horrors is an EP to the East of The Midway. This EP takes the form of a mansion filled with horrors including a World Boss, a Strike, a Dungeon, and an Arena.
Grimhilde's Gloomhaven[]
It's a strike. It gives Levels. It's Spooky. I think there's a hedge Maze?
Hannibal's Flesh Garden[]
The Flesh Garden is a medium difficulty dungeon underneath the stairs near the bar of the HoH. This gruesomely-themed dungeon contains Blood Seeders (Creepers) which drop a helmet, Plasm Gardeners (Endermen) which drop a chestplate, Bone Wringers (Skeletons) which drop leggings, and Organ feeders (Zombies) which drop boots. The armor in this dungeon is all golden with Mending and Thorns III.
The Spawnrate of undead in this dungeon is ridiculous, so it's never a bad idea to have a few Splash Health Potions with you to clear out the area.
When Blood Seeders explode or are exploded by other Blood Seeders, they do not drop Helmet of the Flesh Garden.
The Putrid One[]
The Putrid One is a currently unfunctional World Boss. Because it is a slime, it splits upon death, and each smaller slime has an equal chance of dropping the Putrid One's loot, which is currently Unknown.
